One-pot meals might be just as wonderful to me as slow-cooker meals. These quick meals are a lifesaver for me when I'm super busy and rushed. They allow me to feed my family a healthy complete meal in a matter of moments. I love to cook, but sometimes I just don't have all the time in the world to cook dinner. Those few hours I have with the boys when they get home from school are precious. The boys are still little and in bed early which only gives us a few hours in the evening to spend any time as a family. These meals allow me to capitalize on the little time that we have.
This week is dedicated to all super easy One-Pot meals. Some of them do take longer which is why they are placed on the weekend. However, even the meals that take a bit longer to cook are super easy and don't require a lot of supervision or intense prep time. There is a Shopping List included and a Weekly Plan. I hope you enjoy the simplicity this week's meal plan offers. Not everything fantastically delicious needs to take hours and cost tons of money!
