Weekly Meal Plan and Shopping List - Slow Cooker Dinners

Seven dinners of Weight Watcher's low calorie and low fat recipes that are adapted to Smart Points. All the recipes include nutritional information.

This is going to be the first week back from school vacation for me.  Hockey is almost up and we are going to have an overlap of indoor soccer which makes us extra, extra busy. It's always chaotic and exhausting getting back into the swing of work and school after a vacation. On these kinds of weeks, I absolutely love to plan to use my slow cooker every single day.  I can prep all of the meals the night before, place them in the fridge overnight, and start them before I leave for work.  They are so quick and easy!
All recipes are all natural and include only whole foods. They are perfect to encourage healthy eating in the whole family.
Printable Shopping List
I always use a crock pot liner when I make slow cooker meals.  Otherwise, I often feel the cleanup takes away from the joy of the easy dinner.  I purchased a pack of 25 BPA free crock pot liners for only around $11. They have been fantastic.  I just need to take out the plastic liner and wipe the crockpot down.  I highly recommend them.  You can download the complete shopping list here or click on the pictures below.  Hope you enjoy!
Whole foods and whole grains are the basis of each of these delicious recipes.
